Distrikt at Ghaf Woods is a forest-inspired residential project by Majid Al Futtaim, situated within the larger Ghaf Woods community. The scheme places buildings around dense planted areas to create a greener feel inside Dubai. The developer has presented Distrikt as a vertical community with a mix of low-rise and mid-rise blocks, designed to sit gently within a larger master plan that includes retail, community spaces, and a future mall. The project timeline shows launch activity in 2024–2025 and handover stages in Q2 2029. 

Distrikt focuses on a “forest living” idea, with architecture that emphasises open facades, large windows, and terraces to maximise natural light and views into planted areas. Distrikt offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom duplexes, and some garden units and larger layouts in some clusters. Unit sizes range from compact one-bed designs to larger family duplexes that include private terraces or small garden zones. Floor plans focus on open living areas and direct access to outdoor spaces so residents benefit from the forest setting. Many units are marketed with practical features such as storage rooms and flexible living spaces to suit modern lifestyles and rental demand.

The lifestyle at Distrikt aims to balance a calm nature with everyday convenience. Transport connections are being improved in the wider area, and the development’s road links make it straightforward to reach main highways.
