Oystra

Oystra is a new seafront project by Richmind on Al Marjan Island. The development spans a large masterplan area and is situated close to the shoreline to maximise sea views. The design comes from Zaha Hadid Architects and uses fluid forms and large balconies to protect interiors from the sun while giving wide vistas. The development features apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and waterfront villas, all arranged around landscaped courtyards, pools, and a beach club. The project was launched in 2025 with the aim of delivering a premium coastal address with an estimated handover in February 2029.

Oystra sits on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, an artificial archipelago that extends into the Arabian Sea. The site links to the island’s coastal promenade and sits within easy driving distance of Ras Al Khaimah city and airport, while Dubai International Airport is also reachable by road.
